It is an ever-changing, dynamic phenomenon that is made up of a myriad of components that come together to form a profoundly personal understanding. It is the universal act of exploring, feeling, and engaging with our environment, and making sense of the life with which we have each been gifted. It is both a complex and unique inner experience, and a collective exploration of our shared world.
